CURRENT STATUS OF MINE: PURSUING MY CERTIFICATION IN PARALEGAL ASSISTING AT THE STATE COLLEGE OF FLORIDA AS I CARE FOR MY FOUR BOYS AND TRY TO MANAGE MY BILLS WITH NO CURRENT EMPLOYMENT... Are you hiring an employee who might need a lot of flexibility but works hard? joke or maybe joke... Currently, as a mother there are many scholarships out there and many that will pay you to go to school. I chose to try out The State College of Florida. Here at SCF there is a program to get a certification to be a paralegal. It takes about two years going at a normal pace. Note Summer B is fast paced... just a little learning experience to share there. I am at the end of the program and had great funding in the beginning due to the Community Foundation of Sarasota; SCF Grant; and a little loan I took out. I really could have done without.
